Generali Indonesia has launched GEN QuickDischarge, an innovative service designed to allow customers to be discharged from hospitals faster after inpatient care. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to providing convenience and comfort to policyholders during crucial recovery moments. The integrated process between partner hospitals and Generali Indonesia enables patients to return home without administrative delays or deposit requirements, allowing them to focus on their health and recovery.
This service is available to individual policyholders with health benefits across various additional health insurance products (medical riders). Currently, GEN QuickDischarge is available in major cities such as Jakarta, Tangerang, Medan, Surabaya, Semarang, and Pekanbaru, with plans for nationwide expansion. From January to September 2025, Generali Indonesia also paid over IDR 974.9 billion in claims for more than 198,000 cases, reaffirming its dedication to customer satisfaction. The company continues to innovate through digital services such as Gen iClick, virtual assistant JANE, telemedicine, and online pharmacy features—solidifying its vision as a trusted lifetime partner.
