A client nurtured by Bank Jatim, Moorlife, has achieved a significant milestone by exporting four containers of household plastic products to Romania and the Philippines (as part of broader Asian shipments), with a total value of around USD 411,730 (approximately IDR 6.7 billion). Moorlife is a partner under Bank Jatim’s export-support initiatives and a participant in the East Java Export Coaching Program 2025, which is run in cooperation with Indonesia’s Ministry of Trade.
According to Winardi Legowo, President Director of Bank Jatim, the bank is committed to strengthening Indonesia’s export ecosystem by offering market expansion support and more flexible financial services to enterprise clients. He emphasized that Bank Jatim often facilitates business matching—connecting local producers with potential foreign buyers both online and offline—to help its nurtured exporters “move up” to compete internationally. The collaboration between regional government, central government agencies, financial institutions, and international trade partners is viewed as crucial to building a sustainable and inclusive export ecosystem for East Java and Indonesia as a whole.
