On 29 August 2025, coinciding with the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and China, China National Building Material Group (CNBM) successfully held a Promotion Conference and Innovation Exhibition in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event was organised by Sinoma and PT Sinoma Development Indonesia, and invited representatives from government agencies, strategic partners, leading investors, and national and international media. In his speech, CNBM Chairman Zhou Yuxian emphasised that CNBM, as a non-metallic materials manufacturer and capital investment company, is committed to conducting its business in accordance with its corporate mission of "Excellent Materials, Advanced World". CNBM will continue to optimise its strengths in technology, industry and investment to contribute to Indonesia's socioeconomic development and improve people's welfare.
CNBM is poised to engage in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in Indonesia, in support of the "Indonesia Emas 2045 Vision" and the "ASEAN 2045 Vision." At this forum, CNBM reviewed its 35-year strategic partnership with its ASEAN partners. CNBM has also introduced comprehensive solutions for basic materials, new "113N" materials, photovoltaic energy storage system solutions, and mineral resource development solutions. These solutions form part of the company's support for Indonesia's national development vision, the strengthening of the green industry, and industrial modernisation in achieving sustainable development. Furthermore, CNBM and its affiliated companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with five strategic partners. Additionally, Sinoma launched four latest technological innovations. At the event, CNBM also held an Innovation Exhibition, showcasing various flagship products in the fields of basic materials, new materials, engineering services, and trade and logistics.
