RestockTech (PT Cerita Restock Teknologi Amannah Tbk), a technology company specialising in digital warehousing and fulfilment, has officially established a strategic partnership with PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and PT Pos Properti Indonesia. This collaboration was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pos Properti Indonesia regarding the utilisation of Pos Indonesia-owned buildings. This collaboration aims to support Pos Properti's tenant business ecosystem while strengthening synergies between business lines and strategic partners. Furthermore, this collaboration is expected to strengthen logistics and distribution infrastructure for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and help expand the reach of local products to the global market.
Founded in 2020, RestockTech has become a key partner in empowering MSMEs through end-to-end solutions that integrate financial technology, the retail ecosystem, distribution, and supply chain management. Throughout its journey, RestockTech has partnered with various strategic agencies and institutions, including the Ministry of Cooperatives & MSMEs, SMESCO, and leading omnichannel system providers and fulfilment centres. "RestockTech is committed to helping local brands grow through integrated warehousing and logistics technology, supported by strategic and representative warehouse locations. The merger of Pos Indonesia and Pos Properti Indonesia strengthens our ecosystem in achieving this goal," said M. Audi Vialdo, CEO of RestockTech, in a press release reported by SWA.co.id in Jakarta, Monday (8/18/2025). Pos Indonesia, a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that has long been the backbone of national postal and logistics services, brings robust infrastructure and an extensive distribution network. Meanwhile, Pos Properti Indonesia, as the manager of PosIND assets, will prepare strategic warehouse locations that will be integrated with RestockTech's technology system. This synergy is expected to reduce logistics barriers, increase efficiency, and accelerate the expansion of local products to international markets.
