According to the latest data from the Statistics Indonesia (BPS), Indonesian exports have demonstrated impressive resilience despite facing pressure from unstable global economic growth. The non-oil and gas sector including industrial products and agricultural commodities is expected to remain the mainstay of exports, consistently contributing to national foreign exchange earnings and demonstrating that our export structure is capable of responding to global challenges.
However, this sign of strengthening is not without challenges. This situation demands the readiness of the government and business actors to expand markets, strengthen downstream processing, and enhance the image of Indonesian products in the global market. Amidst the dynamics of international trade, market diversification strategies and strengthening the value-added chain are key to maintaining sustainable export growth.
