Central Java Province continues to demonstrate its competitiveness in the export sector through its three leading commodities: food and beverages, furniture, and textiles and textile products (TPT). Head of the Central Java Industry and Trade Department, Nur Kholis, stated that the contribution of these three sectors remains significant to the total value of the region's exports. Central Java's main strength lies in the consistency of product quality and the adaptability of industry players to global market demand.

Despite facing pressure from the global economic slowdown, the provincial government is promoting export market diversification and improving product quality through technology-based innovations. In addition to strengthening logistics networks and industrial workforce training, these measures are expected to expand foreign market penetration and position Central Java as a resilient and sustainable export-oriented industrial hub.
