Kubu Raya’s local government is actively promoting regional economic growth by strengthening partnerships in the fisheries sector. This effort was formalized through a Socialization and Partnership Signing event held on July 29. 2025, at the Regent’s Office. Organized by the Kubu Raya Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP), the initiative aims to foster collaboration between the government, private sector, and local fishing communities to boost productivity and improve public welfare.

Deputy regional chief Sukiryanto emphasized the crucial role of investors in developing the region’s key sectors, including fisheries, agriculture, and horticulture. He highlighted Kubu Raya’s untapped potential and expressed full support for strategic partnerships that empower local entrepreneurs. The program reflects the government’s commitment to helping local businesses compete on national and international levels. Sukiryanto hopes this event will open doors to further public-private collaborations that leverage local strengths for inclusive economic development.
