IDR 143 trillion Has Been Allocated for the National Strategic Project Land, Including the Nusantara Capital City

The State Asset Management Agency (LMAN) has allocated IDR 143.1 trillion for the acquisition of land for National Strategic Projects (PSN) from 2016 to 2025. The funds have been allocated to various projects, including toll roads, railway lines, ports, and the Nusantara Capital City (IKN). The Director of LMAN, Kristijanindyati Puspitasari, has stated that a total of 131 PSN projects have had their land acquired by LMAN. The total fund allocation by LMAN's PSN is IDR 167.39 trillion. The funding covers 56 PSN toll roads, 40 PSN dams, 5 PSN irrigation projects, 1 PSN raw water project, 10 PSN railway lines, 1 PSN port, 1 PSN national tourism area, and 17 PSN IKN projects.

The largest allocation was for 56 toll road projects, with a budget of IDR 119.19 trillion. The next projects to be addressed were those related to dams, with an estimated investment value of IDR 15.18 trillion, followed by IKN projects, which amounted to IDR 3.89 trillion. The 2025 realisation reached IDR 4.5 trillion out of a target of IDR 10 trillion. A total of 7.65 million square metres of land has been funded. In terms of PSN land funding realisation by sector, the funding element covers land acquisition across various infrastructure sectors, with the majority allocated to toll road projects. LMAN is also responsible for disbursing compensation funds in cases where land has been expropriated.
