On 2 July 2025, the Ministry of Coordinating Economic Affairs held a Coordinating Meeting of the Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) Steering Committee. This meeting was in line with the mandate of Presidential Regulation No. 44 of 2018 on the Indonesia National Single Window (INSW). The objective of the meeting was to enhance synergy and collaboration among ministries/agencies in providing efficient, integrated, and digitised public services in the field of export-import. The meeting covered policy harmonisation and business process synchronisation among ministries/agencies whose services are connected through the INSW. At the meeting, the agenda included facilitating policy evaluation for 2024 and discussing strategic activity plans for 2025.
Several strategic activities have been proposed for 2025, including the implementation of a risk management system in ministries/agencies. The aim of this is to enhance oversight and service effectiveness by establishing risk parameters related to exports, imports and logistics following each entity's business processes. Moreover, following Government Regulation No. 28 of 2025, the integrated system between INSW and OSS is to be aligned. Furthermore, licensing services are to be provided through a single application (Single Submission), and lastly, Presidential Regulation No. 44 of 2018 on INSW will be revised to align with current service conditions. During the meeting, it was mentioned that various ministries/agencies' systems and business processes in the fields of export, import and logistics have been integrated, and INSW's efforts require national collaboration to improve export and import licensing services, particularly to support implementation of GR No. 28 of 2025.
