Baker's Gram is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (UMKM) operating in the culinary sector. It has evolved from a home-based industry into a modern café with a global export vision. Baker's Gram currently operates a café concept in the Gunung Sahari area of Jakarta, offering a range of menu options including coffee, breakfast items and main courses such as chicken steak and noodles. Baker's Gram was established by Ratna under the legal entity PT Genta Tata Boga in late December 2024.
Since 2024, Baker's Gram has been part of the UMKM development programme under the State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Jakarta, and actively participates in various training programmes. These include digital marketing strategies, e-commerce, halal self-declaration certification, development programmes, technological support, and market access. BRI is also committed to facilitating digital financial transaction services such as EDC Merchant and QRIS. At present, Baker's Gram is preparing for exports, with plans to participate in the Indonesian UMKM Product Exhibition in Istanbul in September 2025, in collaboration with the Indonesian Consulate General in Istanbul and the respective ministries.
