The Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDP) collaborated with the Directorate General of Plantations of the Ministry of Agriculture to hold an Oil Palm Plantation Human Resources Development Programme (HR PKS) in Pekan Baru, Riau. The programme's objective is to enhance the knowledge, skills, professionalism, independence and competitiveness of planters. Moving forward, independent farmers could be integrated into larger, stronger institutions. Through educational programmes focused on leadership and communication skills, farmers will be equipped with the tools they need to enhance their productivity and efficiency. PT Daya Guna Lestari (DGL), as the 2025 training's implementing partner, is organising HR-PKS training for the third time. The programme is offered in 12 classes across three provinces, including Riau, North Kalimantan and South Sumatra.
