The government has released the official portal for the Omnibus Law Law No. 11/2020 on Job Creation. Through this portal, the public can view all products of the Job Creation Law. In fact, the public can participate in the preparation of the Draft Government Regulation (RPP) and the Draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) for the Implementation of the Job Creation Law. As known, the Job Creation Law has been officially ratified and signed by President Joko Widodo and promulgated on November 2, 2020. Referring to the provisions in the Closing Provisions in Article 185, the implementing regulations of this Law must be stipulated no later than 3 months.
Quoting the Instagram page @perekonianri, Friday (11/13/2020), the public can access various rules regarding the Omnibus Law UU 11/2020 concerning Job Creation at https://uu-ciptakerja.go.id/. The main page of the portal contains six channels, namely the main page (home), draft RPP, draft RPerpres, infographics, Q&A (Q&A), and other information. In the channel of the draft Presidential Regulation Draft (RPerpres) for the Implementation of the Job Creation Law, there are at least 10 documents attached. The document can be read and downloaded (download) by anyone.
