In addition to regulatory improvements, Makassar plans to enhance its event infrastructure, including the construction of a concert hall and a MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) center. Recognizing the city's potential as a national and international event hub, Munafri aims to remove bureaucratic hurdles and provide modern venues. While these developments will take time, they align with broader city expansion plans, including a new stadium.
