On 10 March 2025, the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) and the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen the agricultural ecosystem, including technology and human resources. Kadin, as a strategic partner of the government, will contribute to achieving an 8% economy through the agricultural sector. The programmes to be implemented immediately after the signing of the MoU include paddy printing, paddy field optimisation, downstreaming of agricultural products and investment in the agricultural sector. The paddy printing and land optimisation programmes will be implemented through the APBN stimulus budget.
