KBRN, Tangerang: Investment realization in Tangerang Regency in 2024 has increased compared to the previous year. Based on investment realization data published by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM, the cumulative investment realization in Tangerang Regency throughout 2024 reached IDR 26.2 trillion. Acting Head of the Tangerang Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP), Aji Januardhi Nurogo said that the realization consisted of 35.8% Foreign Investment (PMA) and 64.2% Domestic Investment (PMDN).
"In 2024, for PMDN, the total investment is IDR 16.8 trillion, while our PMA reaches IDR 9.4 trillion," he said in a press release quoted by RRI, Monday (3/3/2025). He said that last year's investment realization achievement showed that the investment trend in Tangerang Regency has always increased every year. In 2020, the amount of investment realization in Tangerang Regency for the January-September period was at IDR 16 trillion, then climbed in 2021 to IDR 18 trillion, then to IDR 20 trillion in 2022, and increased in 2023 to IDR 22.8 trillion. "The sectors contributing to PMDN and PMA are dominated by the housing, industrial and office sectors. According to him, this figure indicates that the investment value in Tangerang Regency has increased from previous years," he said. Nevertheless, his party will continue to explore investment potential and provide maximum service without differentiating between types of investment. In addition, in facilitating public services, DPMPTSP plans to add Public Service Outlets at the Intermoda Cisauk District. "With the addition of these Public Service Outlets, it is hoped that the people of Tangerang Regency, especially those who live far from service centers, will be faster, easier, more affordable, comfortable, and safer in taking care of various administrative needs," he said.
