Investment in Tangerang Regency continues its positive trend, reaching IDR 26.2 trillion in 2024, as reported by Indonesia's Ministry of Investment/BKPM. The Domestic Investment (PMDN) accounted for 64.2% (IDR 16.8 trillion), while Foreign Investment (PMA) contributed 35.8% (IDR 9.4 trillion). Key investment sectors include housing, industrial zones, and office spaces, showing significant growth compared to previous years. Aji Januardhi Nurogo, Acting Head of the Tangerang Investment Office, emphasized that this achievement highlights the region’s growing attractiveness to investors.
To further support this growth, the local government plans to enhance investment services by opening a Public Service Center in Cisauk. This initiative aims to improve administrative efficiency and accessibility for businesses and residents. The continuous rise in investment reflects Tangerang Regency’s emergence as an economic hub, fostering regional economic strength and benefiting local communities.
