The Financial Services Authority (OJK) of Lampung Province is driving property sector growth through the "1 Hectare 1 Subdistrict" program, aimed at boosting regional economic development. Speaking at the Indonesian Developers Association (PI) Lampung meeting, OJK Lampung Head, Otto Fitriandy, emphasized how property projects stimulate economic activity by engaging suppliers and local businesses. Maintaining industry synergy, he noted, can significantly contribute to regional growth.
Otto highlighted the sector’s role in expanding homeownership for low-income communities, improving financial access, and enhancing overall prosperity. He encouraged developers to support affordable housing projects, fostering inclusive economic development. The event reinforced collaboration and innovation in Lampung’s property sector, ensuring balanced housing development and broader social benefits.
