After reviewing the investment achievements from various sectors in the fourth quarter of 2024, the realization of investment in North Bengkulu for 2024 reached over IDR 1.5 trillion, according to the Investment Activity Report (LKPM). This achievement reflects the total investment realization from the first to the fourth quarter of 2024.

Head of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) of North Bengkulu, Ir Budi Sampurno, stated that this figure represents a 20% increase compared to 2023, when the total investment realization was IDR 1.3 trillion. The investment growth includes IDR 396.2 billion from the fourth quarter, with IDR 157.8 billion in foreign investment and IDR 238.3 billion in domestic investment. Looking ahead to 2025, Budi expressed optimism that investment achievements will continue to rise, with plans to improve services for entrepreneurs and attract new investors to North Bengkulu.
