The Ministry of Creative Economy (Kemenekraf) continues to strengthen its collaboration with key strategic partners, including LPP TVRI, PT KAI, BNI, PARFI 56, and Hotel Borobudur. This partnership is aimed at enhancing the development of the creative economy in Indonesia. The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Minister of Creative Economy Teuku Riefky Harsya on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Among the strategic partners present were Didiek Hartantyo from PT KAI, Imam Brotoseno from TVRI, Marcella Zalianty from PARFI 56, I Made Sukajaya from BNI, and David Richard O'Hanion from Hotel Borobudur.
Minister Riefky expressed his gratitude for the partners’ commitment to supporting the creative economy. He emphasized that this collaboration represents a tangible effort to foster growth in the sector by applying a hexahelix approach, which brings together government, business, academia, communities, media, and financial institutions. The signed MoUs cover partnerships for promoting local Intellectual Property (IP), utilizing PT KAI's assets for creative economy media outreach, enhancing access to funding through BNI, improving film industry talent through PARFI 56, and showcasing creative products at Hotel Borobudur during Ramadan. Leaders from the involved organizations, including PT KAI’s Didiek Hartantyo and TVRI’s Imam Brotoseno, shared their enthusiasm for the collaboration, noting its potential to drive inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
