Motorcycle exports in January 2025 reached 41,489 units. According to data from AISI (February 11, 2025), the export figures showed an 18.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase, compared to January 2024, which recorded 34,991 units. However, this figure represents a 25% decrease compared to December 2024, which reached 55,537 units on a month-to-month (MoM) basis.
In more detail, scooters remained the dominant segment for exports in 2024, holding a market share of 73.67%, with an estimated 30,564 units exported. Underbone or "bebek" motorcycles accounted for 8.47%, or around 3,514 units, while sport motorcycles made up 17.86%, or approximately 7,409 units.
