The BRI UMKM EXPO(RT) 2025 officially concluded on Sunday, February 2. The event, which ran from January 30 to February 2, featured 1,000 SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) from across Indonesia. It successfully recorded export contracts worth USD 90.6 million, equivalent to over IDR 1.5 trillion. "By the final day, the export contracts had reached USD 90.6 million, including one contract valued at over USD 13 million for food and beverages to the United States," said BRI President Director Sunarso during the closing ceremony at ICE BSD, Tangerang, Banten.
This achievement surpassed the initial export target of USD 89 million and exceeded last year’s results, which totaled USD 81.3 million (about IDR 1.3 trillion). The event also generated transactions worth over IDR 40 billion. Visitor numbers were notably higher than the previous year, with more than 63,000 attendees over the four-day event, compared to 50,000 last year. Additionally, 94 buyers from 34 countries successfully secured export contracts through business matching sessions at the expo.
