Manufacturing Indonesia 2024, Southeast Asia’s largest manufacturing exhibition, is set to showcase groundbreaking technological innovations at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, from 4-7 December 2024. The event, marking its 35th anniversary, features 1,300 exhibitors from 32 countries under the theme “35 Years of Innovation – Driving the Future of Manufacturing.” Meysia Stephanie, Portfolio Director of PT Pamerindo Indonesia, emphasized the event’s focus on digital transformation, sustainability, and cross-sector collaboration to enhance industrial competitiveness. Highlighting the exhibition’s strategic role, she stated that it has long served as a platform for fostering innovation, policy-making, and industry advancement. The event also underscores initiatives for local industry empowerment. The Ministry of Industry collaborates with platforms like TKDN Hub and Indoestri Area to promote domestic products and support digital adoption. Robo Park, in partnership with APTIKNAS, highlights advancements in robotics, IoT, AI, and cloud computing. Six Indonesian manufacturers—Folks Automation, IndoHRM, KalasanValley, Molca, Peris.ai, and Ragdalion Tech—showcase innovative solutions, while PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk, the event’s Official Bank Partner, provides SME Banking products to support manufacturing SMEs through diverse portfolios and digital banking solutions. These efforts collectively aim to strengthen Indonesia’s industrial transformation, boost local capabilities, and cement the manufacturing sector as a key economic pillar.
