State-owned enterprise PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (ITDC) is opening investment opportunities for land development in the management area of The Nusa Dua, Badung Regency, Bali. "We are opening wide opportunities for investment," said ITDC President Director Ari Respati in Ubud, Gianyar Regency, Bali, on Monday.
One of the investments involves the development of a 10,418 square meter land area, divided into two parts: lot RA and lot C1. Lot RA was previously a Japanese specialty restaurant, while lot C1 is an empty plot. ITDC is partnering with an investor, Paramita Bali Dewata, to develop the area into accommodations and commercial zones. The development cooperation for these two plots is set for 30 years, with an option to extend for an additional 20 years. Ari hopes this land use agreement will positively impact the area's development and enhance the accommodation and commercial facility options in this prime tourist destination in South Bali.
