PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia has officially started exporting palm oil products through a process facilitated under Indonesia's National Dashboard Pilot. The exported product, Hydrogenated Palm Oil (HRPO), is sourced from PT Bumi Sawit Kencana (BSK) I & II Estate and PT Karunia Kencana Permai Sejati (KKP) I Estate, Central Kalimantan. According to Prayudi Samsuri, the Director of Marketing and Plantation Product Processing at the Ministry of Agriculture, Wilmar’s export under the National Dashboard scheme is a strong example of its implementation for exports to Europe. Wilmar is communicating with the government to obtain a legal statement called the National Dashboard Notes, which will serve as an additional export document required by the European Union (EU). The Indonesian government is committed to overseeing the process to ensure that Indonesian palm oil products comply with the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
The National Dashboard is an initiative by the Indonesian government through the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture, operated by PT Surveyor Indonesia. It is designed to validate the supply chain, legality, and traceability of export commodities from Indonesia. Sandry Pasambuna, President Director of PT Surveyor Indonesia, emphasized that the company, as the technical operator, will ensure transparency and compliance with international regulations so that Indonesia’s key commodities can compete more effectively in global markets.
