Bea Cukai Magelang assisted the export of cardamom, or whitefruit amomum fruit, by CV Kapulogo Jaya Mandiri to China on Friday (06/09). The total exported product amounted to 26,000 kilograms, with an export value of 663,309.34 Yuan Renminbi (CNY), equivalent to IDR 1,437,046,418.92. Windarto, the Head of the Internal Compliance and Counseling Section at Bea Cukai Magelang, explained that Customs supervised the stuffing process or loading of goods into containers and sealed the containers.  "The success of CV Kapulogo Jaya Mandiri in exporting its products is a strategic step to expand business into the international market. Hopefully, this positive step can be followed by other entrepreneurs in Magelang," said Windarto. CV Kapulogo Jaya Mandiri frequently ships cardamom products to China. Kuntoro, the owner of CV Kapulogo Jaya Mandiri, mentioned that with determination and perseverance, other entrepreneurs could achieve similar success. He also received help from a translator to reach an agreement with the buyer from China.  "All entrepreneurs can actually export easily; they just need more courage to start. Therefore, I support MSMEs in the Magelang area to export, of course with the assistance of Bea Cukai Magelang," said Kuntoro. Windarto revealed that Bea Cukai Magelang is ready to assist MSMEs in exporting through various socialization and mentoring activities. "We are open to all communities in need of guidance from us, and all our services are free of charge. Let's push for more exports because exporting is easy," he concluded.
