He highlighted that intelligent and nationalistic HR plays a vital role in economic development. According to Zulkifli, supporting this requires prioritizing local products in daily transactions and developing domestic job opportunities.Zulkifli also pointed out that the younger generation is key to creating innovations that drive national progress. With Indonesia experiencing a demographic bonus, where about 70% of the population is of productive age, he called for cross-sector collaboration to maximize the potential of young people in line with workforce demands. He urged schools to continue providing quality education, fostering critical and nationalistic thinking, and encouraging students to support and buy local products.
