The training involved experts and practitioners in the fields of export and business management, covering topics such as business management, packaging techniques, international quality standards, and export procedures. The Golden Banana Lampung Devisa Village, managed by the Hijau Makmur Farmer Cooperative, includes 139 fostered villages with a total of 778 farmers. With an area of 122 hectares, the cooperative's production capacity reaches 2,400 tons per year. To support increased production capacity, Indonesia Re provided assistance in the form of three-wheeled motorcycles, the creation of demonstration plots, and cash assistance for the maintenance of production equipment. “This assistance and training reflect Indonesia Re's commitment to economic pillars and Sustainable Development Goal No. 8 on decent work and economic growth.

This MSME funding program, a priority from the Ministry of SOEs' TJSL Keasdepan, aims to support farmers and entrepreneurs in developing their potential. We believe that with the right knowledge and skills, they can face international market challenges and improve their welfare,” said Mardian Adhitya, Head of TJSL & ESG Division at Indonesia Re, in an official statement received on Tuesday (6/8).
