In order to bolster Indonesia's commitment to enhancing international trade partnerships, the Indonesian Customs Authority regularly hosts Information Sessions on Customs Regulation. These sessions serve as platforms for both socialization and discussion, delving into the latest regulations and issues concerning exports and imports with international stakeholders. Encep Dudi Ginanjar, Head of the Sub-directorate of Public Relations and Outreach at the Indonesian Customs Agency, emphasized the role of Customs as a trade facilitator and its support for domestic business growth. The most recent session, titled "Information Session on Customs Regulation with Dutch Companies," held in collaboration with the Embassy of the Netherlands, convened representatives from Dutch businesses operating in Indonesia.

Through this initiative, the Customs Authority seeks to facilitate the dissemination of the latest export and import regulations in Indonesia, addressing concerns of Dutch stakeholders. The event, attended by 26 participants representing Dutch companies, featured speakers from the Customs, the Directorate General of Taxation, and observers from the Embassy of the Netherlands and the Customs Attaché of the Netherlands. It is hoped that the Indonesian Customs Agency, alongside the Embassy of the Netherlands in Jakarta and the Customs Attaché of the Netherlands, will continue to organize similar activities in the future to ensure the smooth implementation of export-import activities between the two countries, thereby further guaranteeing the seamless flow of trade transactions.
