Pj Mayor of Lhokseumawe, A. Hanan, expressed readiness to promote the region's superior MSME products nationally during the Regional Working Meeting I invitation by the Association of All Indonesian City Governments (APEKSI) in Pekanbaru. A. Hanan emphasized the importance of showcasing quality MSME products at the event to bolster the city's economy. He highlighted the significance of MSMEs in Lhokseumawe in absorbing labor, thereby contributing to reducing unemployment rates. Meanwhile, Mohammad Rizal, Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs of Lhokseumawe, disclosed that various MSME products such as embroidered fabrics, bags, prayer garments, and ECO-printed fabrics were featured at the event. These products, known for their high sales, are creations of MSMEs supported by the local government through various training programs over the past two years. Rizal emphasized the affordability and quality of the showcased products, ranging from IDR 15,000 to IDR 500,000. He also underscored that all MSME products represent the local community's creativity and hope to penetrate national and international markets in the future. The event was attended by several officials, including the Head of Dekranasda Kota Lhokseumawe, Ainal Mardhiah, and various department heads and related stakeholders.
