This investment realization comprises approximately IDR 39.5 trillion from private investors and around IDR 8 trillion from State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). OIKN aims for public investment in the development of Nusantara City to reach approximately IDR 100 trillion by the end of 2024, which can originate from both private investors and SOEs. According to him, SOEs and private investors who have already joined the development of Nusantara City can create a positive sentiment to attract new investors.
