The Sukabumi City Government, through the Department of Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services (DPMPTSP) of Sukabumi City, is further simplifying the issuance of business permits as part of its efforts to support increased investment. Every investor interested in investing or injecting capital in Sukabumi City can be assured that obtaining business permits will not be a challenging task, as long as all requirements are met in accordance with prevailing regulations and laws, as stated by Iskandar Ifhan, Head of DPMPTSP of Sukabumi City, in Sukabumi. According to Iskandar, to assist entrepreneurs and investors in obtaining permits, his department regularly conducts technical guidance, training, and other related activities. An example of this is the Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Permit Supervision and the Business Partnership Program between Large Enterprises and SMEs, held today. Approximately 200 business operators participated in this event, which aims to establish partnerships between SMEs and large businesses, offering SMEs opportunities for growth.
Additionally, the program aims to enhance the discipline of business operators, from securing business permits to preparing investment activity reports (LKPN). The government is conducting this Bimtek for two days until October 26, 2023. Participants include medium, large, and novice business operators. In the same location, Acting Mayor of Sukabumi, Kusmana Hartadji, expressed the Sukabumi City Government's commitment to creating an ecosystem that supports business development, with the expectation that investment values will continue to rise in the future. Sukabumi City holds the potential for economic development, supported by factors such as adequate transportation infrastructure, including the presence of the Bocimi Toll Road. The government is actively collaborating with various stakeholders to advance the local economy.
