PT Tiara Kurnia successfully conducted its inaugural export on Monday (23/10). For its first export to Timor-Leste, which took place at the company's office in the Wajak District, Malang Regency, PT Tiara Kurnia sent 74 tons of trademarked organic fertilisers of granular and liquid types, including Kurniaganik, biofast, and biokultur. Established in 2008, PT Tiara Kurnia is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (UMKM). The company has been distributing its products to various regions in Indonesia, extending to Merauke. CEO of PT Tiara Kurnia, Ariana Dwi, holds a strong belief in the business potential within the agricultural sector.
Agriculture is a business that will endure indefinitely. As long as humanity exists, the need for food supply will persist. PT Tiara Kurnia now focuses on organic fertiliser production, with the hope that this product can expedite the food supply chain, as stated by Arianda. The progress of PT Tiara Kurnia's business has also received support from the Malang Customs Office. Gunawan Tri Wibowo, Head of the Malang Customs and Excise Office, emphasised their active role in assisting MSMEs in the Malang Raya region to engage in exports. This commitment is a realisation of the customs' functions as an industrial assistant and trade facilitator. The Malang Customs and Excise Office has an Export Clinic team ready to help MSMEs realise their exports, including assisting in the release of PT Tiara Kurnia's inaugural export products. The Malang Customs and Excise Office hopes that the export contribution of MSMEs, particularly in the Malang Raya region, continues to grow, as expressed by Gunawan.
