PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) conducted the first export of angklung in the form of 14 types of angklung instruments weighing 231.5 kg. This Angklung is a production of Saung Angklung Mang Udjo, Bandung. The destination of this angklung export to Seoul, South Korea with FCL sea mode (seafreight FCL). Senior Vice President International and Wholesale Business of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), Arlia Irishtiana said, the first delivery of angklung Saung Mang Udjo used the FCL seafreight mode for the South Korean embassy supported by PT Pos Indonesia. This will be a good start for Pos Indonesia in transforming into the largest and most trusted state-owned logistics company in Indonesia.
Not only that, various business entities from global companies such as UPS, Cardig International and Western Union have also become the main partners of Pos Indonesia. Even for Western Union, Pos Indonesia is the most important and largest agent in Asia Pacific. The 14 types of angklung instruments produced by Saung Angklung Mang Udjo are packaged, including 1 set of accompaniment xylophone, 1 set of melody xylophone and 600 pcs of angklung instruments of various other tone titi as well as supporting units such as stands and standards with different dimensions. As a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in courier services, logistics and financial transactions, Pos Indonesia has the largest service network and is spread throughout the archipelago.
