The Norwegian Ambassador Sees the Potential of Chocolate and Coffee Farming in West Papua

Norwegian Ambassador to Indonesia Rut Kruger Giverin paid a visit to West Papua Province, Monday 20 February, to see the potential for cocoa and coffee farming in South Manokwari and Arfak Mountains Regencies.
"We will see the development of chocolate and coffee in West Papua, because it is very important for community development, we have several projects or our support there," said Rut Kruger Giverin, quoted from Antara. implemented in West Papua, including the development of ecotourism and forestry to health.

Rut Kruger also appreciated the beautiful condition of West Papua's forests and nature during her visit. According to him, the Norwegian government's ecotourism investment in the West Papua region is very appropriate.
The development of cocoa and coffee in West Papua continues to receive serious attention from the local provincial government, and various efforts have been made so that these two commodities can develop and prosper the people around them.
