The realization of SOE spending for the use of domestic products (P3DN) throughout 2022 reached IDR 342.18 trillion.
This amount is based on the audit results of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).
Deputy Head of BPKP for State Accountants, Sally Salamah said, the results of BPKP supervision recorded that BUMN's performance was quite positive regarding the implementation of the P3DN affirmation action.
This supervision has also been conveyed to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
He is optimistic that the role of BUMN in affirming P3DN can encourage national macroeconomic growth.
"The 2022 TKDN realization in BUMN is IDR 189.27 trillion, while the realization of P3DN spending is IDR 342.18 trillion," said Sally, Thursday (9/2/2023).
According to him, the large number needs to be guarded by accountability.
Both from planning, implementation to accountability.
"And most importantly, the effectiveness of the program can really help drive the domestic economy," he said.
In realizing industrial independence, from the demand side, BUMN allocates spending on goods and services to absorb domestic products.
For supply, BUMN as providers of goods and services utilize raw materials originating from within the country.
He also explained that the implementation of supervision would not run well without collaboration and synergy with all SOEs and the Internal Control Unit (SPI).
In addition, the design and oversight mechanism must also be able to mitigate emerging risks and provide input for policy improvements so that the P3DN program can be more effective.
Meanwhile, BUMN Secretary Susyanto appreciated the BPKP's role in overseeing P3DN in BUMN. For this reason, he asked SPI BUMN to consistently synergize and collaborate with BPKP to jointly maintain P3DN accountability in the scope of BUMN.
"Thank you and appreciation to BPKP for working together with SPI of the Ministry of SOEs to realize the P3DN affirmation, and we hope that the synergy and collaboration with BPKP will continue," he concluded.
