The release of the inaugural export which was held on Friday, September 23, 2022 in Surabaya was attended by the Director General of Small, Medium and Multifarious Industries (IKMA) of the Ministry of Industry, Reni Yunita, representatives of the East Java Department of Trade and Industry and representatives from LPEI. LPEI Executive Director Riyani Tirtoso said that with the assignment given by the Government through LPEI as the Special Mission Vehicle of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, LPEI fully supports export-oriented SMEs through the Special Export Assignment (PKE) for SMEs that can be utilized by MSME actors. "As working capital to increase production capacity so that it can meet global market demand," he said. Riyani added that the collaboration between the Ministry of Industry and LPEI through mentoring and the PKE program further strengthens the leverage of SMEs so that they are able to compete in the global market as shown by CV Nusantara Jaya Food through initial export activities.
