Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati said that the realization of investment financing had reached IDR 55 trillion by the end of August 2022, which was disbursed based on a performance and urgency analysis so that it was following the needs of investment recipients. “In 2022, the realization of investment until the end of August is IDR 55 trillion,” she said at the Press Conference on the State Budget KiTA in Jakarta, Monday (26/9/2022). She detailed that the IDR 55 trillion investment financing was disbursed to the Education Fund Management Institution (LPDP) for IDR 20 trillion and the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) for IDR 20 trillion. Then the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) of IDR 11 trillion, the Disaster Pooling Fund (PFB) of IDR 3 trillion, and the International Development Cooperation Fund (LDKPI) of IDR 1 trillion.
Sri Mulyani explained that the output of this investment financing includes from LMAN, namely the realization of land funding for the National Strategic Project (PSN) as of September 2nd, 2022, amounting to IDR 8.6 trillion for toll roads, dams, railways, ports, irrigation, and raw water. Furthermore, from the FLPP side, there were disbursements as of September 2nd, 2022 as many as 138,585 housing units valued at IDR 15.4 trillion so the total realization since 2010 was 1,082,164 units valued at IDR 90.58 trillion. Meanwhile, LDKPI has distributed grants to governments or foreign institutions for humanitarian assistance in Asian and African countries amounting to IDR 32.02 billion as of the end of August. As for the LPDP itself, since 2013 it has set funding for 117,668 awardees, with 99,588 people assigned before 2022 and 18,080 people for 2022, and has set funding for 1,671 research projects since 2013.
