Customs and excise revenues grew positively until July 2022 with total revenues reaching IDR 185.1 trillion or 61% of the target and growing by 31.1% year on year (yoy). This is driven by the positive trend of import duties, the resilience of excise performance, as well as the convincing performance of export duties. The realization of export duties until July 2022 grew by 97.8%, while on a monthly basis it grew by 206.4% compared to July 2021. The positive performance of this export duty was influenced by an increase in exports of crude palm oil (CPO) commodities and their derivatives. In addition, exports of national superior commodities and manufactured products also continued to record high growth in line with market demand.
