Ministry of Tourism &Creative Economy Creates WonderVerse Indonesia, Promotes the Beauty of Indonesian Tourism to all corners of the World

Metaverse technology has become a trend on almost all fronts in the world. Many manufacturers are competing to market their products virtually through this technology, because adapting to the digital world is a must in order to transform into a new economic era. This momentum is utilized by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenparekraf).
As a Ministry in charge of advancing the tourism potential and creative economy of the country, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has a vision to be at the forefront of this competition. One of them is by implementing a 3G strategy: Gercep (Fast Motion), Geber (Joint Motion), and Gaspol (Working on All Potential Business Fields), which was initiated by Mr. Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Dr. H.Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, B.B.A., M.B.A.
In its implementation, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy collaborated with PT Magnus Digital Indonesia, which is part of the Volare Advertising Network as an Ad-tech marketing consultant company in Jakarta. PT Magnus Digital Indonesia itself is a technology-based advertising and marketing agency that has collaborated with various kinds of private clients and government agencies. His role is none other than as a developer, marketer and person in charge of this new device. With the Metaverse, it is hoped that the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy; together with Magnus Digital Indonesia, can create and be the first in promoting the beauty and uniqueness of Indonesia to all corners of the world. In order to achieve this, the two sides signed a cooperation document (MOU) to create "WonderVerse Indonesia" as a channel that can promote tourism and Indonesia's creative economy in a digital interactive manner. The purpose of this project, in addition to promoting Indonesian tourism to the national and foreign levels, is also to encourage the creative economy industry, especially tourism & creative economy players to be able to promote their products digitally at WonderVerse Indonesia. The WonderVerse Indonesia platform makes it easy to access anywhere via a desktop device. This further opens up opportunities for the tourism industry and the creative economy to be able to reach the younger generation whenever and wherever they are.  However, to be able to get the best experience in playing, there are minimum specifications that must be met for the electronic device used or an internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.

4 Parts of WonderVerse Indonesia
WonderVerse Indonesia is divided into four parts or we call it "land" which is a representation of Indonesia as an archipelagic country. In this land there are various diversity that can be enjoyed, including:

The Lobby
Here visitors can interact with endemic animals, painting galleries from Indonesian artists and the big screen provided to find out what fun is coming.

WonderFun Land
All typical Indonesian games and entertainment such as wayang performances, taritarian, and so on.

WonderGoods Land
Visitors can transact typical Indonesian goods marketed by tourism and creative economy actors.

WonderReal Land
Visitors can directly buy flight tickets, hotels, and accommodation during the holidays to visit Indonesia according to the desired destination.

That's a glimpse of what can be done on the WonderVerse Indonesia channel which certainly does not rule out the possibility that in the future, we will add new land with the aim of making this channel more interesting and interactive. "Along with the development of the digital world and Indonesian technology, we hope that the wonderverse Indonesia developed by Magnus Digital Indonesia, part of the Volare Advertising Network, can be a forum for the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to introduce the beauty of Indonesian culture in the eyes of the world and become a means of information for the world about Indonesian tourism, and last but not least,  providing great benefits for Indonesia in terms of digital, travel, and the creative economy," said Sandiaga Uno. Hendra Liman, as the Chief Executive of Ocer Magnus Digital Indonesia. With the presence of WonderVerse Indonesia, the world of tourism and the creative economy hopes to bounce back, after being affected by the pandemic for two years. In addition, this project can open up opportunities in creating new jobs for tourism & creative economy actors to be able to get space in promoting their products to participate in building the Indonesian economy. The collaboration between the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and PT Magnus Digital Indonesia is the first step to support and advance the world of Indonesian tourism and especially tourism &creative economy actors as one of the important pillars of the Indonesian economy in the future.
