The Ministry of Trade launched the 37th Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI), the largest trade fair in Indonesia. Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan alias Zulhas said that this event aims to restore the indonesian and global economic vitality after the COVID-19 pandemic. "We will pour activities such as promotions, exhibitions, trade missions, and business meetings that can currently only be carried out on a limited basis in an integrated promotional event with a hybrid format through the 37th TEI," said Zulhas in a written statement, Wednesday (10/8/2022). Zulhas said the exhibition will provide convenience and comfort for visitors and buyers. Visitors can see firsthand quality products and take advantage of digital platforms so that interactive activities between sellers and buyers run more efficiently and effectively. It is targeted that in the 37th TEI, the number of transactions can reach US$ 10 billion. TEI is also a forum for the promotion of the tourism and investment sector.
