To invite and motivate MSME players on the importance of halal-certified products, the Directorate of Information and Communication for the Economy and Maritime Affairs, the Directorate General of Information and Public Communication, the Ministry of Communications and Informatics held the Digital Forum: Halal Certification to Improve Competitiveness which was held in a hybrid manner on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. in the city of Semarang.
On this occasion, the Director of Information and Communication for the Economy and Maritime Affairs of the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information, Septriana Tangkary said, currently halal certification of MSME products is very important, especially to increase consumer confidence.
