According to him, the Batang Regency area has several decent tourism objects and a creative economy to offer visitors, especially foreign tourists. "Therefore, as part of the derivative of the buffer from the Borobudur area, we are collaborating with the Implementing Body of the Borobudur Authority to increase tourist visits to this area.

The Regent emphasized that in this collaboration, the spirit is beneficial and for everyone, it means that tourist visitors are happy to visit Batang Regency and the Borobudur Authority is also happy and gets benefits. "Therefore, we can observe, imitate, and modify so that tourists enjoy visiting the local area," he said. Previously, Head of BPOB Indah Juanita said the collaboration was aimed at increasing tourist visits to the Borobudur Temple Tourism Object which has been designated as super-priority tourism in Central Java and tourism in supporting areas. "We will synergize on several tasks in developing the Borobudur super-priority tourism destination," he said. Indah Juanita said that the spirit of Borobudur tourism exists in 30 districts/cities in Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta so all regions must work together in developing Borobudur tourism promotion. "The tourism potential in Batang Regency is already extraordinary, it's just not narcissistic. Therefore, later we will be together to promote the tourism potential in Batang," he said.
