The One Stop Integrated Service Investment Office (DPM PTSP) of East Java (East Java) bridges the meeting of businessmen, regional heads, and potential investors. This step was taken to boost investment in the eastern tip of the island of Java. The meeting was held in an event called -Bussines Forum and One on One Meeting, at the JW Marriot Hotel, Wednesday (1/11/2021). At least, there are four areas that describe opportunities and potential for investors. These areas include Ngawi, Malang, Sidoarjo, and Lamongan. The forum was an opportunity for regional heads to promote their potential in front of 250 businessmen who were present both offline and online. Many investors who attended came from Bekasi, Jakarta. Even from Japan to the United States were also present. "We continue to strive to boost investment realization to boost economic growth in East Java," said the Head of DPM PTSP East Java, Aris Mukiyono.
According to him, this business forum is very effective in attracting investment. The provincial government bridges the opportunities that the regions have with the needs of investors. Through this event, it can be a space for exploration and collaboration. "This program is our commitment in providing the best service in the investment sector," he said. Meanwhile, in turn, the profile of Ngawi Regency was submitted directly to Regent Ony Anwar Harsono. He conveyed three projects that are ready to be utilized. Namely the Ngawi industrial area, Ngawi planetarium agro park, and the traditional kepatihan area. Lamongan Regency was explained by Regent Yuhronur Efendi. Potentials expressed to investors include trade, agriculture, and services. Then Malang Regency was represented by Assistant I for Government and People's Welfare, Suwadji, tourism potential on the southern route, and Malang as a support for natural tourism in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park.
The last one was Sidoarjo, which was conveyed by Regent Ahmad Muhdlor. He explained the potential for cooperation in the provision of clean water. He also said that Sidoarjo is easy to access and has an airport. The presentation of each region provides an overview of the potential that can be collaborated with investors. At the forum, there were many investors who were interested in exploring cooperation and investment. Among others, investors from Mizuho Bank from Tokyo, Japan who are interested in the Investment Project Ready to Offer (IPRO) for the construction of the Mini-Hidro Sumberarum PLTM, Bojonegoro. Then ZeLo Japan investors who are interested in Ngawi Planetarium Agro Park. Then PT Griya Cipta Indonesia which is interested in the Penggung coffee village in Pacitan Regency.
