On Wednesday, 11th of December 2019, Italian Business Association in Indonesia (IBAI) organized the annual Christmas Dinner hosted by the Italian Ambassador H.E Vittorio Sandalli and Madame at their residence. IBAI gathered all the dearest members, colleagues, and friends to celebrate the Christmas 2019 and New Year 2019 in a pleasant and joyful environment, where guests mingled and enjoyed Italian delicious foods and beverages.

The Dinner start at 19.00 with Welcome Remarks by the Italian Ambassador H.E Vittorio Sandalli honored the guests by his presence and some words about business growth in Indonesia on 2019 between Indonesia and Italy and the upcoming opportunities for future years.

And continue with Opening Remarks delivered by IBAI Chairman, Mr. Marco Noto La Diega welcomed all the guests, outlined the main activities carried out during 2019, growth and improvement of IBAI, and presented to all the members, the warmest season’s greetings and appreciation for the support received along the year and to continue in 2020. Mr. Marco also invited all the guests to give biggest appreciation for our dearest late Mr. Luigi Carlo Gastel, founder of IBAI.

IBAI invited Mr. Raffaele Quarto the Representative to Accademia Della Cucina Italiana for the introduction and the academy activities. Accademia Della Cucina Italiana is founded in Milan on the 29th of July 1953 by Orio Vergani. The Italian Academy of Cuisine aims to protect the traditions of Italian cuisine, whose improvement it promotes and favors in Italy and abroad. Through its Study Centre and its Delegations and Legations in Italy and worldwide, the Academy strives to promote initiatives intended to increase familiarity with the values of Italian cuisine, which form the basis for every substantial innovation. Admission to the Academy is precluded to those with links to restaurants and cooking schools.

The guests are from honorable invitees from the Indonesian Government institutions, Italian Embassy, Italian Delegation MAECI, IBAI Members and Colleagues, and friends from Media.
