Casa Alba Ristorante became the first Italian restaurant in Indonesia to receive Ospitalità Italiana certification, according to IBAI's account of its August 2025 gathering.
The recognition celebrates Italian restaurant quality abroad. IBAI introduced the certification to its community at an aperitivo attended by members, colleagues and friends.
A reason to come together
Casa Alba's general manager Michele Carbotti and chef Roberto Fiorini joined the presentation. The evening continued with Italian canapés, drinks and conversation.
For the community, it was a chance to discover a member business and meet the people behind it.
