The Nusantara Capital Authority (OIKN) has officially partnered with an international investor from the United Arab Emirates, Ayedh Dejem Group, to develop a mixed-use area in the Core Government Zone (KIPP) of Indonesia’s new capital, Nusantara (IKN). The investment, valued at approximately IDR 4 trillion, will cover 9.7 hectares of strategically located land in KIPP 1A, adjacent to Plaza Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The development will include office buildings, commercial zones, a shopping mall, and a mosque, supporting the vision of IKN as a modern and inclusive urban center.
The cooperation agreement was signed in Dubai on January 23, 2026, reflecting growing international confidence in Indonesia’s long-term economic outlook. Ayedh Dejem Group expressed strong optimism about Indonesia’s economic growth and the increasing demand for large-scale, high-quality real estate projects. This investment is expected to accelerate infrastructure development in IKN, strengthen foreign investor participation, and contribute positively to Indonesia’s sustainable urban and economic transformation.
