On November 15, 2025, Indonesia saw several key economic developments. The country is advancing its collaboration with Jordan on fertilizer production, a strategic move to bolster supply resilience and support its sustainable food security program. Rosan Roeslani, Indonesia’s Minister of Investment and CEO of Danantara, also mentioned that Jordan’s King Abdullah II had offered three major investment projects to Danantara, deepening bilateral economic ties.
Domestically, the Indonesian government is organizing 100 large national cooperatives to mentor village-level cooperatives, aiming to strengthen their human resource capacity and governance. Meanwhile, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) is optimistic that the number of stock market investors will reach 20 million Single Investor Identifications (SIDs) by the first quarter of 2026. In addition, there is strong support from the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, for the development of Komodo International Airport in Labuan Bajo, Nusa Tenggara Timur, to boost tourism.
