Agoes said, the Ministry of ESDM simplified 90 regulations into 20 regulations to make it easier to build a business in Indonesia. In addition, it is also to increase the investment in electricity. One of the regulations revoked related to the implementation of compulsory Indonesian National Standard (SNI) in the field of electricity.

"Since the beginning of 2018, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has arranged against dozens of regulations and licenses that overlapped and no longer relevant," he said. For the EBTKE sector, the ESDM Ministry regulates the regulation by revoking five regulations of the ESDM Minister and nine permits. "The revocation has been stipulated in the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 9 of 2018 on the revocation of the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources related activities in the EBTKE warehouse," he said.
