Aperitivo Milanese

On Tuesday, 14th January 2020, Italian Business Association in Indonesia (IBAI) held the “Aperitivo Milanese” gathering in collaboration with Accademia Italiana della Cucina (Italian Academy of Cuisine) 

Accademia Italiana della Cucina has founded in Milan on the 29th July 1953 by Orio Vergani and recognized as a Cultural Institution of the Italian Republic since 2003, the Italian Academy of Cuisine aims to protect the traditions of Italian cuisine. Through its Study Centre and its Delegations and Legations in Italy and worldwide, the Academy strives to promote initiatives intended to increase familiarity with the values of Italian cuisine.

The Aperitivo Milanese at the Ambiente Ristorante, Aryaduta Hotel in Jakarta started with the welcoming remarks from the Italian Ambassador H.E Vittorio Sandalli, followed by Mr. Marco Noto La Diega as the Chairman of IBAI, Mr. Raffaele Quarto as the Legazione di Giacarta of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina

We are very honored to have H.E. Esti Andayani the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Italy at the gathering, and with other IBAI members and friends.

The Chef of Ambiente Ristorante, Mr. Matteo Meacci presented Aperol Spritz, Negroni and Wine also Bruschetta al Pomodoro e Basilico, Coccoli, Pizza Magherita, Foccacia al Prosciutto e Mozzarella, Insalata di Pasta, Affettati and many more. Each dish is paired with carefully chosen aperitifs and wines from Italy.
