By profession, Fabian Buddy Pascoal is a lawyer serving as a senior partner of Dentons HPRP (https://www.dentons.com/en/global-presence/asean/indonesia/jakarta). Dentons HPRP is the Indonesian office of Dentons, the biggest law firm in the world with footprints in 87 countries, including offices in Rome and Milan (https://www.dentons.com/en/global-presence/europe/italy).  He provides local and multinational companies with legal services in their operations in Indonesia and overseas.

He also serves on the Board of Commissioners of several Indonesian companies, and used to be the Honorary Consul of Albania for Indonesia in 2013 to 2023. Fabian also has a passion in community development by serving on boards of a number of Indonesian and international social organizations.
